Composition is an esthetics studio located in Hillsboro, Oregon. Our website provides information about our services and allows clients to schedule appointments through Acuity Scheduling.

Services and Results

A service may be modified, postponed, or declined when appropriate based on factors including contraindications, allergies, sensitivities, skin condition, treatment history, or practitioner judgment.
Booking
Composition uses Acuity Scheduling for online appointment scheduling, client forms, appointment communications, and related booking functions.
Clients may be asked to complete intake forms, consent forms, or other agreements as part of the booking process.
Appointments are subject to Composition's current Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Client Forms and Treatment Consent
Some services require intake information, informed consent, or other documentation before treatment.
These Terms do not replace any client intake form, treatment consent, waiver, aftercare instructions, photo authorization, or other service-specific agreement provided by Composition.
Payments
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless otherwise indicated.
Payments are processed through the payment system connected to our Squarespace and Acuity accounts.
Applicable cancellation and no-show charges are governed by Composition's Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Composition's original website content, including written content, branding, graphics, photographs, and design elements, belongs to Composition or is used with permission.
You may use this website for personal, noncommercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially use Composition's original website content without permission, except as permitted by law.
Third-Party Services
Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, and connected payment providers supply technology used to operate portions of our website, scheduling, and payment systems.
These providers maintain their own terms, privacy practices, and security responsibilities.

submit knowingly false or fraudulent information;
